Our new bakery space, just outside Kelham Island, opened on Friday 18th May 2018. The space is a stunning old engineering workshop, complete with original brick walls and wooden floors. We've attempted to retain as many of the original features and character of the building as possible without it looking like the boring 'industrial chic' trend that restaurants have been slapping on over the last few years.

The concept revolves around much of the same principles as our original Glossop Road location: Distinct, ethically sourced, characterful coffee; cinnamon buns, baked fresh every day; and a small but perfectly formed seasonal food menu.

On top of this we are aiming to have a dedicated training centre and coffee lab, so we can increase the availability of our popular coffee workshops, as well as making our QC and coffee selection processes more open to our customers.

We are also planning to license the venue, and open later into the evening. Whilst we have no intentions of competing with our new neighbours, Shakespeare's and The Bar Stewards, for sales of craft beer; we are excited about bringing you some inspired coffee cocktails and introducing the world of natural wine to the people of Sheffield.
