As Christmas Day grows nearer and nearer we thought we'd help you out with our top picks for the coffee & tea lovers in your life (even if that is just yourself!)
If they've already got all of the brewers and gadgets you can think of, then how about booking them in for a training course with our baristas? We run courses in both filter brewing and espresso, so whether you're wanting to brush up on your aeropress technique or you're looking to nail a flat white on your home espresso machine, we've got you covered.
By now hopefully you've seen a few beautiful images of handmade silver jewellery accompanied by some of the more high end drinks from our menu, but it's hard to cram a lot of information into 140 characters or the comments section of a square photo, so read on for the finer details!
On Thursday 21st July we will be hosting an event in collaboration with CAST (www.castsheffield.co.uk)
The whole evening will be a cohesive experience where we both bring our skillsets to the table, literally.
Guests are invited to arrive from 6:30pm for a glass of wine or a beer, and...
We are STOKED to have just secured 2kg of 'Perci', a natural Panama Gesha. This is an incredibly rare, sought after, and (consequently) expensive coffee. It's an opportunity for us to serve a very short run of a coffee that not many people may ever get to experience.

Perci will be available soon in 100g retail bags...
Today we will hopefully be unboxing a fresh delivery of coffee roasted by Tim Wendelboe in Norway. (I say hopefully as its dependent on FedEx! There's always the chance of international deliveries arriving a day or two later than scheduled).
We've chosen to brew Colombia Finca Tamana on guest espresso. You may recognise this from our current Hand Brew menu (albeit roasted by The Barn) but this is the Castillo bean variety, as opposed to the Colombia variety we've previously had. The opportunity for us to be able to brew different bean varieties from the same farm is down to...
As the last few kilos of Roundhill solemnly fall through the burrs of our grinders we're filled with a sadness for which there is only one cure. More coffee!
We are super excited to have placed our first order with Berlin's 'The Barn' this week. It's expected to land Thursday or Friday and, all being well, will be available on the bar from the following Monday.
On espresso we will be featuring Rwanda Huye Mountain and Colombia El Divino Nino.
On hand brew there'll be a choice of Colombia Finca Tamana & Rwanda Mahembe.
Of course, we've stocked up on...
